From the comfortable living room, you’ll enjoy a private balcony overlooking the pool, and featuring a high output 6 burner BBQ and partial views of the Sherwin Mountain range. After grilling up dinner, kick back in front of the cozy and fully remodeled pellet fireplace while watching the 42" Flat-screen TV with provided cable service and Smart Blu-Ray/DVD player, along with iPhone-ready Harman Kardon sound bar audio. After a long day on the slopes or a summer hike, break out one of the many provided board games to relax with the whole family. There is also a full bath with walk-in shower.
Downstairs, on the first floor, you’ll find a master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and 32" flat-screen TV with Smart Blu-Ray/DVD player, as well as an additional guest bedroom offering a pair of comfortable twin beds, flat screen TV & Smart Blu-Ray/DVD player. This room has direct access to the private ground floor patio that leads to the pool area. In addition, this level has a full bathroom with tub/shower.
The third-level loft sleeps four, with a comfortable bunk bed (twin over twin) as well as an additional twin bed with twin trundle pull- out . There is also a 32" flat-screen TV with Smart Blu-Ray/DVD player and a convenient vanity with sink. This non-smoking unit has two exterior parking spaces (unassigned) and free, private wireless internet access. Note that due to the multi-level design of this unit, it is not appropriate for handicapped access. In addition, the stairs to the loft bedroom are somewhat steeper than usual.
