This spacious 3-bedroom plus loft, 3-bath condo is located close to Canyon Lodge and the Village at Mammoth. Quiet and private upstairs location is perfect for relaxing after an invigorating day of exploring the great outdoors. This unit offers a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stocked with all the cook- and dishware you could want. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, and an attached outdoor patio.

The first bedroom on the main level is the master bedroom, which is furnished with a King bed and a full master bath ensuite.

The second bedroom on the main level features a bunk bed (Twin on top, Full on bottom, and a bonus Twin pull-out mattress below the bunk bed).

The upstairs features the third bedroom with a Queen bed, and a loft with two Twin beds.

An in-unit washer/dryer is adjacent to the loft upstairs.

About the complex:
Crestview Condominiums is a full-amenity complex, including: outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts (in the summer), and a recreation room (pool table, fireplace, TV, piano, communal BBQs and communal coin laundry room). Assigned parking for 1 car is included in the underground parking garage. The Village is a short, 10-minute stroll (less than ½ mile), which gives you access to restaurants, shops and nightlife. You can also walk to The Village gondola to access Canyon Lodge, or take the free shuttle.
