The large open floor plan offers a family-style country kitchen, which opens onto a living room with a generous overstuffed brand new leather sectional sofa, real wood-burning fireplace, and large, flat screen TV. The loft style construction provides vaulted ceilings which give the space the feel of a much larger home.

Kitchen and bathrooms are well-appointed with custom cabinetry, upgraded granite surfaces and elegant fixtures. Dining area has seating for 9, with the kitchen counter-style breakfast bar. The two full bedrooms and loft afford generous sleeping capacity, with a King bed in the Master, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, and a pair of Twin-over-Full bunk beds in the upstairs loft. Each bedroom has an adjacent full bath, and the loft has a conveniently-located half bath on the upper level as well.

Furnishings are newer and the whole home has that cared-for feel. Private deck and high speed WiFi are included, as well as full access to complex amenities, including first-come, first-served parking, community coin laundry, 2 hot tubs, a seasonal BBQ, seasonal swimming pool, sauna, and tennis courts.
