The Governor has ordered all Californians to remain at home. Those guests with travel plans impacted by this order should file claims with your travel insurance.
For those guests who declined to purchase travel insurance, and whose contracts are not cancelable, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN, however we are changing our cancelation policy to offer disrupted guests credit vouchers for future use.
While under the terms of our contract with you we have no obligation to make this concession, we obviously sympathize with the disruption. Please remember, reimbursing you for losses is what travel insurance exists for- that is why we sell it. We offered it to you and you declined it. We cannot become the insurance company when insurance was declined, and then later is needed. With that said, we are all doing whatever we can to support one another in this crisis, and we are committed that no disrupted guest lose out on their deposits or planned travel. Any guest facing a loss or disruption related to their inability to travel may receive a dollar-for-dollar credit voucher for the folio total, as spent with Mammoth Five Star Lodging, to be used for a new stay with check-in to be within 12 months from the original date of arrival. You do not need to make any plans at this time, simply request the credit, and use it within a year.
To request a voucher for a credit equal to your current reservation folio total, complete the form below.
For questions or concerns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and expect an answer by email during business hours, M-F, 10a-5p. Our phones are extremely busy at this time and email is the easiest way for us to manage the volume of traffic. Thank you for your understanding!
Please submit this form only once per reservation. (Credit details are already on file). *You will receive an email confirmation and your credit will be on file with our reservations department until redeemed. (Credit must be used for check in within twelve months of your previously scheduled check in, in the same property. Fees paid for travel insurance or damage waiver insurance are non-refundable.)
