The loft has a twin over queen bunk bed as well as a couch with a queen - sleeper sofa pull out bed.

The living room features an open floor plan for friends and family to gather, vaulted ceilings, and an additional third bathroom. in the winter months, stay warm with the recently updated pellet Stove/Fireplace. The living room space also has wall speakers and a nice subwoofer for movie nights or to play music. The main floor features a laundry closet with an in- unit washer and dryer.

The kitchen is fully furnished with everything a modern cook would need to whip up some delicious snacks or hearty meals and 4 stools for dining in at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig Coffee Maker, we recommend bringing K-Cups! For those that love to grill, a propane BBQ grill is located on the balcony. Grill while enjoying the outdoor landscape with tall pine trees and fresh mountain air! During summer, community picnic tables are placed on the grass area by the complex management for all guests to enjoy.

Two well trained pets are welcome!

Parking notes: Outdoor parking for 2 vehicles is available in the assigned stalls. Parking passes are located at the home entrance.

There is a 2 car maximum for this complex in assigned spots . Any extra vehicles will have to be parked off site. There is no parking on Mammoth Lakes roads from Nov. 1st- April 30th (due to snow removal). Anytime outside of Nov. 1st - April 30th you could park on the street. This complex does not allow any RVs or trailers on the property.

A miscellaneous food wrapper, food scrap, trash or sight of an ice chest is enough for a bear to break into your vehicle.
