CANCELATION
Guests may cancel for a $75 fee until 28 days prior to arrival. Twenty-eight days prior to arrival, the cancelation fee increases to the greater of 10% of the contract total or the $75 MINIMUM CANCELATION FEE; and further increases at a rate of 2% of the contract total each day until seven days prior to arrival, at which point the reservation is no longer cancelable.
REBOOKING
Guests may rebook their reservation by changing either the chosen property or rebooking their dates until 28 days prior to arrival at no charge. Twenty-eight days prior to arrival, the rebooking fee increases to the greater of 5% of the reservation total or the $50 MINIMUM REBOOKING FEE. This fee further increases by 1% of the contract total each day until seven days prior to arrival, at which point the reservation is no longer rebookable. Rebooked stays remain eligible for future rebooking under the usual fee structure, however they are no longer eligible for cancelation.
NO CANCELATIONS OR REBOOKINGS WILL BE ALLOWED SEVEN OR FEWER DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN.
